4 Introductory Private Sessions ($295)
What’s included:
Four 50-Minute 1:1 Pilates sessions using the Reformer, Cadillac, chairs, barrels, and small apparatus
An expert instructor to guide you through a personalized workout ensuring safety, proper form, and modifications if needed.
An appointment time convenient for your schedule
Recommended for anyone with or recovering from an injury.

4 Introductory Group Classes ($150)
What’s included:
Four 50-Minute small group classes using the reformer, towers, chairs, barrels, and small apparatus
One expert instructor and a maximum of 4 participants
Classes are offered Mondays at 1130 and Wednesdays at 1030
Not recommended for those with major injuries.

After completing your intro pack we will design a program for you based on your fitness goals and budget. You can continue with private sessions, move to small group class or do a combination of both.

Yes. We offer duet sessions for people who want to work out together. Our duet intro pack of 4 private sessions for $175 per person.

This is not recommended. The Megaformer workout is much different than traditional Pilates in terms of the apparatus, the exercises, and the philosophy.

Wear something comfortable that is easy to move in. Stay away from super baggy clothes so we can see your form. Loose shorts are not recommended. If you have long hair please put it back so it does not interfere with the equipment. Socks are required- we recommend grip socks and sell them at the studio.

Yes. Your instructor will recommend classes based on your fitness goals.

Yes. Pilates is a method that is different from traditional strength training. Your Pilates success is determined by how correctly you perform the exercises. Core activation, correct alignment, and moving from your center are not always intuitive and often require an extra set of eyes and instruction.
